All Dog and Cat services include nail trim, ear canal cleaning, bathing, blow out and 15 minutes of brushing.
Shampoos and Conditioners
Shampoos
Basic Shampoo (included): Lightly fragranced with ultra deep cleansing that removes the oils, grease, dirt, and stains from the coat. Leaves the coat looking fresh, healthy and smelling good.
Unscented ($10): Same as basic but with no extra scent.
Hypoallergenic ($10): Has very few ingredients and is used for pets with sensitive skin/prone to itching
Medicated ($15): Specifically treats and prevents further itching and sensitivity.
Deshed ($10): Specialized grooming product designed to reduce shedding by moisturizing the skin, strengthening hair follicles and loosening the undercoat during a bath.
Flea & Tick ($15): Designed to actively treat and kill ticks and fleas.
Deskuking ($15+ depending on severity): We use our expertise and secret sauce to treat and eliminate the odors and oils left behind by a skunking.
Conditioner
Basic Conditioner ($10): Hydrates the hair and replenishes natural oils stripped by shampoo, deeply moisturizing the skin and fur to prevent dryness, itchiness, and flakes.
Detangler/Demat ($10): Specifically designed to detangle matted hair by moisturizing, softening and lubricating fur, allowing combs and brushes to glide through knots without pulling or damaging the coat.
Mud Bath ($20): Detoxify and rejuvenate your pup’s skin and coat. Deeply cleanses and exfoliates. Provides mineral-rich ingredients to nourish the skin and ensure a radiant coat. Contains no bad stuff, just pure, wholesome ingredients for a clean and healthy coat.

Cancellation and Late Policy
What to expect: When you arrive, we will get you checked in and give you an estimate on how long the appointment will take. You should allow for at least 2 hours for a first-time appointment. We will always give you a text 20 minutes before your pet is ready for pickup to better help you gauge when to return. After receiving this text, we have a 1-hour grace period for you to pick up. Beyond an hour we do charge a day care fee.
Arrival: When arriving at our location please have your pet equipped with a leash and collar/harness. For cats we ask that you bring them in a carrier. We are located on State Street and try to keep the pets as safe as possible even before they step foot in our shop! Please take your dog out potty before your arrival as those with excessive poops may be subject to a cleaning fee.
Late policy: We have a very busy schedule and ask that you please show up on time for your appointment. Those who arrive late are subject to refusal and may be rescheduled. We do allow up to 15 minutes late arrival depending on the schedule. Parking can be difficult so please come early to find parking.
Cancellations: Last minute cancellations are charged full price for the missed appointment as we are unable to fill that timeslot. Please allow us at least 24 hours if you are cancelling an appointment so we can fill the schedule.
