Cancellation and LaTe Policy
Late policy:
We book by appointment only. Please show up at the time of your appointment. Those who arrive late are subject to refusal and may be rescheduled. We do allow up to 15 minutes late arrival depending on the schedule. Parking can be difficult so please come early to find parking.
Cancellations:
Last minute cancellations are charged full price for missed appointment. Please allow us at least 24 hours if you are cancelling an appointment so we can fill the schedule.
Arrival:
When arriving to our location please have your pet equipt with a leash and collar/harness. We are located on state street and try to keep the dogs as safe as possible even before they step foot in our shop! Please take your dog out potty before your arrival. Dogs with excessive poopy may be subject to a cleaning fee.
